A client in Peru recently faced challenges in a factory expansion project. The project involved the construction of a new warehouse. 1. Distance to Existing Concrete Batching Plant: His stationary concrete plant was located far from the construction site. It created logistical difficulties in transporting the concrete.

Therefore, he needed a solution for on-site concrete mixing that would be efficient and space-saving.

Proposed Solution: Self-Loading Concrete Mixer

To address the client’s needs, we recommended the AS-5.5 self-loading concrete mixer. The self concrete mixer equipment is compact and capable of self-loading, mixing, and transporting concrete. It offers a production capacity of 22 cubic meters per hour, which is ideal for the client’s project scale. The self-loading feature eliminates the need for additional machinery, optimizing operational efficiency on site.

Additional Challenge: Pumping Concrete Over Distances

The client also needed to pump the freshly mixed concrete efficiently. The concrete would be used for the foundation, walls, and roof of the new warehouse, requiring transport to various heights and distances. The client sought a solution to deliver concrete quickly and effectively.

To tackle the concrete pumping challenge, we suggested the ABT40C concrete pump. The trailer pump is designed for efficient concrete delivery over moderate distances, ideal for the client’s needs.
