Using Guidance of Concrete Mixer Trinidad
No matter which kind of concrete mixer you select for construction items, there are some tips you should follow to prolong the service life of concrete mixers.
1. If you are not using a precast concrete mixture, please make sure you know the ratio of the mixed aggregate and cement. Different concrete ratios are most suitable for different jobs.
2. Before loading the drum, be sure to start the mixer. A higher starting load will put a lot of pressure on the motor.
3. Unless otherwise requested, please try to pour in the following order: gravel, cement, sand and water.
4. Make the concrete load slightly lower than the maximum allowable weight and volume. This will extend the service life of the motor.
