Concrete Pump on Site
Our engineer and our sale came to visit our old customers in Philippine the other day. In these days, our sale and engineer not only have visited our old customers but also have seen concrete pumps working status which had exported there. During visit, we offered immediate help for them, solved tiny failure problems and guided them how to deal with these troubles in case occurring next time. The customers were so glad that we could visit them and help solved troublesome problems on the construction sites in the sustained hot temperature. He gave us thumbs up and highly praised our conscientious and responsible attitude.
Indeed, what we have done is meaningful. Providing after-sale service is our basis responsibility. Customers first is always Aimix’s mission. We hope to do better and offer more considerate service for customers. Besides, our sale will also come to visit other countries. Waiting! We are coming.
