Operation of Batching Plant, Line Pump, and Self Loading Mixer in Kiribati

AIMIX equipment has been put into operation for infrastructure development in Kiribati. The customer has bought AIMIX machines in bulk one-time, including concrete plant, trailer pump, and self loading concrete mixer.

Cooperation with The Customer

Actually, the customer isn’t new to AIMIX products, having previously purchased a concrete plant for a housing construction project in the Solomon Islands. With a large-scale company that operates on various island nations, the decision to procure more AIMIX equipment was a testament to their satisfaction with the quality and service provided. He purchased AIMIX machines for different usages.

Usages of These Equipment

Given the client’s focus on infrastructure development in Kiribati, covering projects like housing, bridges, railways, ports, and road construction, AIMIX engineers recommended a variety of equipment to meet his project needs. The equipment included batching plant, trailer pumps, self-loading concrete mixer trucks, and road rollers, each serving a specific purpose.

• Concrete Batching Plant: The dry mix concrete batching plant utilized for batching of concrete. And the concrete mixer truck is responsible for concrete mixing during transportaion. The concrete mixture would be used in constructing the foundations, floors, columns, and beams of buildings.
• Trailer Pump: The produced concrete relies on the ABT40C diesel line pump, which efficiently transport the concrete to designated locations through lengthy pumping pipes.
• Self loading Concrete Mixer and Road Rollers: Self loading transit mixer enables concrete production while on the move, allowing for seamless road construction. Once the road is laid, road rollers are used to compact and smooth the surface.

The AIMIX equipment arrived in Kiribati as early as July and has since been put into use by the client, advancing his projects in an organized and efficient manner. The project is expected to reach completion at the end of November. After using them for over three months, the customer has thought highly of the AIMIX equipment.
